Whether you’re exchanging, returning, or resolving an issue, we make the process as easy as possible, because great service shouldn’t come with small print.

Special sizes and colours are only eligible for return if they are faulty.
We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item.
Cooling-Off Period and the Right to Cancel
14-Day Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods.
You don’t need to provide a reason for returning the radiator within this period, as long as it’s returned in its original condition.
Once you've notified us of your wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the item – this will be at your expense.
Customised or Made-to-Order Radiators
If you have placed a factory order: E.G. specific sizes, colours, or finishes this deems the radiator exempt from the right to cancel outlined above. It can only be exchanged if faulty.
Returning the goods
The radiator must be returned in a resalable condition, unless it was faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- We need any damage or faults reporting within 24 hours of receipt, via email with a photo, or photos of the damage or fault.
Once you've notified us of your wish to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the item.
Refunds
We’ll refund you in full, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. This is based upon the goods being in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. If we determine the Items have been damaged or altered by the customer, no refund will be granted.
Returns Process
Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, returning the goods is at your expense. We will not be responsible for any damage which may occur in transit for any goods being returned – this is at your risk. Due to the wide variety and sizes of our designer radiator range, we need first to determine the return is legitimate, and secondly how and when we get your radiator swapped out if faulty.
