Making a Price Match Request

- After Purchase: Report it within 7 days of your purchase, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

How Our Price Match Guarantee Works:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
o The product must be identical in every way: same brand, model, size, finish, colour, and type (e.g., central heating, electric, dual-fuel).
o The competitor must be a legitimate, UK-based online retailer with a physical address and a verifiable trading history. Auction sites, marketplace sellers, liquidation sales, or private sellers are excluded.
o The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery from the competitor's website.
o The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable online (e.g., not a special one-off discount, trade discount, or membership price).
o The price comparison must include all costs, including VAT and standard delivery charges from the competitor.
2. Making a Price Match Request:
o Before Purchase: If you find a cheaper price before placing your order with us, please contact our sales team via phone at 01530 564 122 or email us at customerservice@agadon.co.uk. Provide us with the direct link to the product page on the competitor's website where the lower price is displayed.
o After Purchase (within 7 days): If you have already purchased from Agadon Designer Radiators and find the identical product cheaper elsewhere within 7 days of your purchase, please contact us with the details. We will review your claim and, if approved, refund the difference to your original payment method.
3. Our Promise:
o Upon successful verification of the lower price and eligibility, we will match the competitor's price.
Important Terms and Conditions:
• Agadon Designer Radiators reserves the right to verify the competitor's price and stock availability.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match request at our discretion, particularly if we believe the price is an error, part of a clearance sale, or cannot be reasonably matched.
• The Price Match Guarantee applies to one price match per item.
• This policy may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
